Thông thường, nếu bạn chỉ sử dụng một VPS thì chưa nhất thiết phải cài thêm phần mềm quản lý riêng. Tuy nhiên, với những ai đang vận hành và theo dõi nhiều VPS cùng lúc, việc quản lý thủ công sẽ khá phức tạp và mất thời gian. Vì vậy, trong bài viết này mình sẽ hướng dẫn cách quản lý nhiều VPS hiệu quả bằng công cụ chuyên dụng, mời các bạn cùng theo dõi.
Remote Desktop Connection Manager
Remote Desktop Connection Manager (RDCMan) là phần mềm do Microsoft phát triển, giúp việc quản lý nhiều VPS/Remote Desktop trở nên đơn giản và trực quan hơn. Dưới đây là các bước cài đặt và sử dụng cơ bản.
1. Tải và cài đặt phần mềm
- Truy cập trang tải chính thức của Microsoft:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44989 - Nhấn Download và tải về máy
- Sau khi tải xong, tiến hành cài đặt như bình thường (chỉ cần nhấn Next cho đến khi hoàn tất)
2. Mở chương trình
- Sau khi cài đặt xong, mở phần mềm Remote Desktop Connection Manager
- Nếu không thấy ngoài màn hình, bạn có thể vào Search và tìm với từ khóa Remote Desktop
3. Tạo nhóm VPS để quản lý
- Trong giao diện chương trình, vào File → New
- Đặt tên cho nhóm VPS (đặt sao cho dễ nhớ và dễ quản lý), chọn vị trí lưu file cấu hình rồi nhấn Save
Ví dụ: đặt tên nhóm là Group1 - Với số lượng VPS lớn, bạn nên chia thành nhiều nhóm (mỗi nhóm khoảng 10 VPS là hợp lý)
4. Thêm VPS vào nhóm
- Chuột phải vào tên nhóm vừa tạo → chọn Add server…
- Tại mục Server name: nhập địa chỉ IP của VPS
- Display name: nhập tên VPS để dễ phân biệt (ví dụ: VPS1)
5. Thiết lập thông tin đăng nhập
- Chuyển sang tab Logon Credentials
- Bỏ chọn Inherit from parent
- Điền:
- User name: tài khoản đăng nhập VPS
- Password: mật khẩu VPS
- Domain: nhập IP của VPS
6. Cấu hình kết nối
- Chuyển sang tab Connection settings
- Port: để mặc định là 3389 (hoặc nhập cổng khác nếu VPS của bạn thay đổi)
- Nhấn Add để hoàn tất
7. Sử dụng và quản lý VPS
- Sau khi thêm thành công, danh sách VPS sẽ hiển thị trong nhóm
- Nhấp chuột hoặc nhấp đúp vào VPS cần điều khiển để kết nối
- Nếu trạng thái hiển thị Disconnected, chỉ cần nhấp đúp vào VPS để kết nối lại
Như vậy, bạn đã hoàn tất việc thiết lập Remote Desktop Connection Manager. Từ đây, bạn có thể dễ dàng quản lý nhiều VPS trong cùng một giao diện, tạo thêm nhiều nhóm khác nhau để việc theo dõi và vận hành trở nên thuận tiện hơn.
